Aesthetics
Aesthetic treatments delivered with clinical precision and a natural touch.
Overview
What to expect
Physician-led aesthetic care for patients who want subtle, refined results. We offer neuromodulator (Botox, Xeomin) and dermal filler treatments in a medical setting, with the safety and expertise you expect from a physician's practice.
Aesthetic treatment works best when nobody can point to it. The aim is not a different face — it is your face, rested. We treat conservatively, in a medical setting, by clinicians trained in facial anatomy rather than in technique alone.
Botox and dermal fillers address different problems, which is why they are so often discussed together. Botox softens the lines that come from movement: the creases across your brow and at the corners of your eyes that deepen after years of squinting and frowning. It eases the muscle activity underneath them, so the skin above relaxes and the lines settle.
Fillers do close to the opposite job. As collagen and elastin production slows with age, the face loses volume — cheeks flatten, contours soften, lips thin. Fillers restore that fullness, replacing what time has taken rather than smoothing what movement has creased.

What a visit involves
We begin with a full skin evaluation and an honest conversation about what you are hoping for. That matters more than it sounds — the most common cause of disappointment in aesthetic medicine is a mismatch between expectation and what a treatment can actually deliver, and we would rather resolve that before anyone picks up a syringe.
Treatment itself is quick. We can apply a topical anesthetic to keep you comfortable, then place precise amounts of product in the areas we agreed on. How long it takes depends on how many injections you need, and downtime is minimal — most people return to their day directly afterward.
How long results last
Botox is not immediate. Expect around 48 hours, sometimes longer, before the skin visibly smooths, with results generally holding up to about four months before you are ready for more.
Fillers often show a change straight away that keeps improving over the following weeks. Depending on the filler used, those results typically last six months or longer before maintenance.
