Her experience spans tertiary hospitals, provincial healthcare facilities, and specialized blood banks, giving her a strong foundation in clinical accuracy, patient safety, and interdisciplinary coordination. Meticulous, efficient, and highly adaptable, she approaches every referral with careful attention to detail while keeping the patient's needs at the center of the process. She takes ownership of her responsibilities, anticipates needs, and continually looks for ways to improve workflows and strengthen communication between patients, specialists, and our clinical team. Driven by continuous professional growth, Cynth Ann brings discipline, empathy, reliability, and a commitment to excellence to AmpleHealth and the patients we serve.

With seven years of experience as a hospital pharmacist, Cleeve has worked closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support safe, effective patient care. His background includes ensuring medication accuracy, communicating important drug information, educating patients, and collaborating with clinical teams to achieve the best possible outcomes. After relocating to the United States, Cleeve demonstrated his versatility by successfully transitioning into a fast-paced, high-volume work environment, where he continued to distinguish himself through accuracy, efficiency, reliability, and consistent performance. What truly sets Cleeve apart is his approach to his work. He learns quickly, adapts readily to new environments, and takes genuine ownership of his responsibilities. He believes that excellence comes from discipline, accountability, and a willingness to continually improve. Dependable, adaptable, and results-driven, Cleeve brings the same high standard to every role he takes on and every team he serves.
