Franklin is our Front Desk Receptionist with a strong foundation in clinical knowledge and patient care.

At AmpleHealth, Franklin is an indispensable member of the team. Alongside Doneal, he manages incoming phone calls, ensuring patients receive prompt, courteous, and professional assistance. His calm demeanor, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask help keep the practice running smoothly while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Outside of work, Franklin enjoys road trips, playing musical instruments, basketball, and following the financial markets.
