With a laboratory-honed eye for detail and a passion for organized workflows, Cynth Ann thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments. Her experience spans tertiary hospitals, provincial healthcare facilities, and specialized blood banks, giving her a strong foundation in clinical accuracy, patient safety, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Meticulous, efficient, and highly adaptable, she approaches every referral with careful attention to detail while keeping the patient's needs at the center of the process. She takes ownership of her responsibilities, anticipates needs, and continually looks for ways to improve workflows and strengthen communication between patients, specialists, and our clinical team.
