Gurpreet Singh Smagh, MS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of diverse clinical experience spanning Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Trauma and Acute Care Surgery, Emergency Medicine, and Occupational Medicine.

He currently practices at Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital, where he manages complex, multi-morbid rehabilitation patients and coordinates multidisciplinary care.

His background includes extensive inpatient trauma and surgical ward management. He is skilled in bedside procedures including wound debridement, skin excisions, abscess management, and minor surgical interventions. With strong expertise in workers’ compensation, DOT physicals, and occupational injury management, he brings both clinical precision and operational efficiency to outpatient and inpatient settings.

Fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, he is committed to culturally competent, patient-centered care across diverse populations.
